On the occasion of International Holocaust Remembrance Day, an event was organized at Ralleio school theatre on Thursday 1 February 2024. The main speaker, Greek Language teacher Dr Dimitris Christopoulos organized the event about the darkest period in the history of Europe. By listening to poet Paul Celan reciting his poem “Death Fugue” and by watching an excerpt from Roberto Benini’s film “La vita e bella”, Ralleio students reflected on both the way in which trauma is reflected in Art and on our moral obligation never to forget.
