On Thursday 25 January 2018 and on Wednesday 2018 A and C class Ralleio students visited the Agricultural University of Athens. They were guided by students to the Department of Crop Science, where they were informed about agricultural farming and the functions of in vitro production. In the laboratory of Flower Farming and Landscaping the students saw various plant species, learned their names and their medicinal and cosmetic use. In the Department of Animal Science and Aquaculture they learned about cattle farming and at the Laboratory of Beekeeping and Sericulture they were informed about silk production and bee farming. Finally, they visited the Laboratory of Dairy Research at the Food Science and Human Nutrition Department.
