C class students and their Mathematics teacher Ms M. Kokkaliari, visited the National Observatory on Thursday 02-03-2017. They were guided to the Library of the Observatory at Sina building, which was founded in 1842 and includes many scientific books of the 18th and 19th century. They also had the opportunity to admire some of the first scientific instruments which were used for research in the fields of Astronomy, Meteorology and Seismology in modern Greece. Finally, they visited the two telescopes of the Observatory.
