The last of the series of joint events on various subjects pertinent to adolescence organised by Ralleio Teachers? Association and Ralleio Parents? Association, focused on Exam Stress Management by the students and their parents. Ms Jenny Papachristopoulou , Psychologist and Clinical Neuropsychologist, was invited to talk on the subject. In the course of her lecture the speaker analysed all the stress related factors and suggested practical ways of overcoming the pressure.
