In the framework of our Sustainable School Indicators programme, our students attended an experiment of turning frying oil into biodiesel by teachers and students of the 4th Technical Lyceum of Athens. Our students not only had the opportunity to participate in the experiment but also to discuss their questions regarding the requirements and the special conditions necessary for the production procedure.
