The students of the Science and Technology branches of our school had the opportunity to visit the Research Centre for Natural Sciences ?Democritus? on Monday, 17 January 2011.

The students were briefed on the scientific work and the activities of the centre, they visited the Nuclear Physics, Biology, Physics and Chemistry Institutes and where they were guided by special scientists of the particular Institutes.

The students were accompanied by Mr P. Zoublios, P. Charatzopoulos (Science Teachers), Mr G. Katopodis (Biology Teacher) and Ms C. Gouda (Greek Language Teacher).
