Present: José Ángel Molina (ES), Jóhanna Arnórsdóttir (IS), Birgir U. Ásgeirsson (IS), Katerina Christodoulou (GR), Branco Kalan (SLO), Helmut Hinrichsen (IS), Anastasia Keskesiadou (GR), Stina Lundholm (SE), Dolores Romero Marín (ES), Rikard Mettävainio (SE), Eva Silvestre Muñoz (ES), Pia Niska (SE), Ágúst Ólafsson (IS), Johanna Rasmussen (SE), Patrik Roddar (SE), Manica Seljak (SLO), Irena Česnik Vončina (SLO).

There were three teachers’ meetings during the activity. The first meeting took place on November 15th, 2017, between Mariehamn/Åland (FI) and Lidingö/Stockholm (SE). The following were discussed:

1. Recapitulation of objectives and logistics

As there were teachers in Sweden that were new to the project, the project coordinator, Jóhanna Arnórsdóttir, made a short recapitulation of the objectives of the project. The emphasis is on outdoor activities with the students combining their knowledge of various subjects with outdoor physical activities. Social inclusion is a central theme that is important when students are selected. Each school chooses the method students are selected for the project but with social inclusion as a central objective in mind. A tool to help us achieve the objectives is a GPS tracking application called Wikiloc combined with a standardized lesson plan for each outdoor activity, called Study kit. All partners have already received a copy of a study kit and an example of how to use it.

2. Greek meeting in Piraeus 18.-22. April, 2018

Different ideas of activities were discussed. The following points about the program were made:

- Try to limit travel time and maximize active time

- Every day should include physical activity.

- Important to leave also time for students to hang out, interact and get to know each other.

- Sufficient time should be allocated for a coordinators’ meeting to plan the transnational meeting and short term training in Slovenia. Also the mobility tool and finances will be reviewed. It might be interesting for the new headmaster of the Greek school to be present.

- Revision of finances

- The Greek group will take the points from these discussions back home and together with their colleagues they will come up with a plan. They already have 12 families. They can accommodate up to 7 boys and 5 girls. Most will have separate rooms.

- SLO, IS and ES would like to send more than three students if possible.

3. Interim report

Not all partners have the same deadline for interim report. All partners should check the deadline and make sure to have filled all details in the mobility tool. The interim report should not be submitted before the deadline as this may cut the project management budget.

4. Evaluation

José prepared an evaluation survey that we can use electronically in an anonymous way for the meeting in Iceland and in Sweden to be reviewed at the meeting and, after corrections, to be used in the evaluation process. This is both good for continuous evaluation and will also facilitate the drafting of reports.

The second meeting took place in Lidingö on November 16th, 2017

Present: José Ángel Molina (ES), Jóhanna Arnórsdóttir (IS), Birgir U. Ásgeirsson (IS), Katerina Christodoulou (GR), Branco Kalan (SLO), Helmut Hinrichsen (IS), Anastasia Keskesiadou (GR), Stina Lundholm (SE), Dolores Romero Marín (ES), Rikard Mettävainio (SE), Eva Silvestre Muñoz (ES), Pia Niska (SE), Ágúst Ólafsson (IS), Johanna Rasmussen (SE), Patrik Roddar (SE), Manica Seljak (SLO), Irena Česnik Vončina (SLO). The following subjects were discussed:

2. Wikiloc

Jóhanna Arnórsdóttir, showed the group the features of Wikiloc.

- You can look for tracks that someone else has used.

- You can also make your own track with your mobile phone, it can be hiking/running/cycling etc.

- You can make pictures on the way to add to the track.

-You can add a description of the track.

- You can download a track to your phone, save it on a computer, save it on Google Maps.

In the project, students can use Wikiloc where we already have a trail that they follow as a part of their Studykit. It can also be used with a Studykit where students make their own trail during their hike.

We will practice using Wikiloc during this visit in Sweden.

The Studykit is a kind of a “lesson plan”, how the practical work is, what the learning outcome is etc. Wikiloc is a tool what can be used in different ways.

The third meeting took place in Lidingö on November 17th, 2017

Present: José Ángel Molina (ES), Jóhanna Arnórsdóttir (IS), Birgir U. Ásgeirsson (IS), Katerina Christodoulou (GR), Branco Kalan (SLO), Helmut Hinrichsen (IS), Anastasia Keskesiadou (GR), Stina Lundholm (SE), Dolores Romero Marín (ES), Rikard Mettävainio (SE), Eva Silvestre Muñoz (ES), Pia Niska (SE), Ágúst Ólafsson (IS), Johanna Rasmussen (SE), Patrik Roddar (SE), Manica Seljak (SLO), Irena Česnik Vončina (SLO).

The following subjects were discussed:

1. Presentation of a study about the effects on IQ scores by cardiovascular conditions.

2. Logo Every country communicated the name of the teacher appointed in the jury for the logo competition, to be put up on the appropriate Google-Drive document. After the competition, the logo will be used in all our material.

3. Webpage The webpage is in the making and will be opened soon.

4. Meeting in Slovenia Both a transnational meeting and a joint staff training event in autumn 2018. The budget is for 2 teachers per country for the transnational meeting and up to five for the short term training session.
