In the framework of the European program ERASMUS +, ΚΑ1 ?Building a learning community in Ralleio?, Ms Magdalini Kokkaliari, Mathematics Teacher, visited senior high school Fj?lbrautask?linn vi? ?rm?la in Iceland on job shadowing for the subject of Mathematics in general and vocational secondary education, from 31-08-2016 to 10-09-2016; Ralleio Director Dr Dimitris Kaliatzidis visited Agrupamento Escola Secundaria de Mem Martins in Portugal on job shadowing of the Portuguese director from 21/04 to 30/04/ 2017.

Ms Kokkaliari presented the educational system of Iceland, the school Fj?lbrautask?linn vi? ?rm?la where she attended lessons by her peer teachers, and the teaching methods used in the Icelandic school.

Dr Kalaitzidis presented his experience from visiting the group of Portuguese schools. In particular, he presented the Portuguese educational system, the selection process for school directors and various subjects pertaining the organization, the administration and daily function of such a huge educational organization.
